Privacy Policy

Effective August 1, 2026

Who we are

956 AI Agency ("we," "us") is a Texas business serving the Rio Grande Valley. We build and run AI phone assistants and websites for local businesses. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

Questions about this policy? Email us at contact@956aiagency.com.

Information we collect

What you give us: your name, email, phone number, business name, and general location when you create an account; the name, email, notes, and — for in-person meetings — the street address you enter when you book a call; and anything else you choose to send us.

What we collect automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. We use this to keep the site secure, limit abuse, and understand how the site is used.

Payment details: if you subscribe to a plan, your card information is collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To create and manage your account, schedule and confirm the calls you book, provide and bill for the services you buy, answer your questions, keep the site secure, and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it: Vercel (website hosting, which receives your IP address with every request), Supabase (account database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (the security check that confirms you are not a bot, which receives your IP address), Sentry (error monitoring, which receives error reports that may include technical details about your visit — error reports are sent through our own servers, so Sentry does not receive your IP address), Google Analytics (website analytics, and only after you accept cookies), n8n and GoHighLevel (scheduling and CRM automation), Google Meet and Gmail (video links and confirmations for meetings you book), CARTO and OpenStreetMap (the map imagery on our home page, which receives your IP address when the map loads), and the telephony and speech providers behind the phone assistant.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Cookies, analytics, and Global Privacy Control

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load analytics, whatever you may have chosen earlier.

We do not use advertising pixels or session-recording tools on this site.

Calls, texts, and AI voice

When you give us your phone number you may receive calls and text messages from us about your account, your appointments, and our services — including calls placed by an automated system or with an artificial or AI-generated voice. Agreeing to these messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

You can opt out any time, by any reasonable means — for example reply STOP or any similar word to a text, tell us on a call, or email us. We do not require one specific word or one specific channel. We will stop within ten business days and add you to our internal do-not-call list.

Calls with us may be recorded or transcribed for quality and record-keeping. When that is happening, we tell you at the start of the call.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, and have it deleted. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

To exercise any of them, email contact@956aiagency.com. We will verify who you are before acting on the request. If we turn a request down, you can appeal by replying to our response.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records while your account is active, and afterward only as long as we need them for our records, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal and tax obligations. Consent and opt-out records are kept at least as long as the law requires.

If you ask us to delete your information, we delete what we can and keep only what we are required to keep — payment and tax records, records of your consent, and any opt-out request — and we tell you what we kept and why.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), database-level access controls, and least-privilege access for our staff and services. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will tell you by email or with a notice on the site.
